On your wedding day, your Lead Planner and a Day-of Coordinator will provide the following services:
Serve as the point of contact for your vendors
Assist with the ceremony set up, and client's decor set up, and facilitate and implement the reception set up (extensive decor set up will involve an additional Coordinator)
Give cues for walking down the aisle, grand entrance into the reception, toasts, etc.
Coordinate with the Band/DJ to establish a flow of the reception and all reception events
Handle issues that may arise and field questions from guests
Coordinate the signing of the marriage license
Load gifts, décor, extra food, etc., into assigned vehicles
Deliver vendor payments and tips on the wedding day
